Legal Officer Job Description
  • Responsible for reviewing and drafting various legal agreements and supporting documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant regulatory and legal issues
  • Ensure legal compliance for group companies, including periodic legal audits
  • Review company legal documents such as articles of association and other corporate documents
  • Work with the OSS system for licensing and regulatory submissions
  • Agreement review, research, Impromptu, check the company's deed, legal compliance of other companies, will gradually be introduced with our corporate action
  • Handle ad-hoc legal tasks and impromptu assignments as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Law (Possess Advocate education or having PERADI Licence will be a strong advantage)
  • Open to fresh graduates, with up to 2 years of experience in legal roles-particularly in corporate law and capital markets
  • Strong understanding of Company Law (UUPT) and Capital Market Regulations is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience in contract review and familiarity with the Oss system is a strong advantage
  • Knowledgable in professional english language is mandatory
