Responsibilities
  • People Management
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, placement, evaluation, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee engagement, including regular visits to client sites to address employee issues and gather feedback.
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Support management in employee performance evaluation.
  • Identify employee potential for career development or inter-project mobility.
  • Employee & Industrial Relations
  • Handle labor-related issues such as absenteeism, internal conflicts, violations, and discipline.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and employees to resolve expectation gaps.
  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Ensure all HR administration processes (employment contracts, attendance, payroll input, BPJS, etc.) comply with labor regulations.
  • Maintain completeness and validity of employment legal documents (PKWT, BPJS, Labor Law compliance, etc.).
  • HR Reporting
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (turnover, attendance, warning letters, etc.).
  • Provide data-driven insights related to HR issues and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Employee Engagement or HR Generalist, preferably handling outsourcing employees in the IT industry.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS Employment & Health, and outsourcing regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels (employees, client managers, and internal team).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple employee projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to work mobile and conduct client site visits when needed.
