Responsibilities
- People Management
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, placement, evaluation, and offboarding.
- Manage employee engagement, including regular visits to client sites to address employee issues and gather feedback.
- Performance & Talent Management
- Support management in employee performance evaluation.
- Identify employee potential for career development or inter-project mobility.
- Employee & Industrial Relations
- Handle labor-related issues such as absenteeism, internal conflicts, violations, and discipline.
- Act as a bridge between clients and employees to resolve expectation gaps.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure all HR administration processes (employment contracts, attendance, payroll input, BPJS, etc.) comply with labor regulations.
- Maintain completeness and validity of employment legal documents (PKWT, BPJS, Labor Law compliance, etc.).
- HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR reports (turnover, attendance, warning letters, etc.).
- Provide data-driven insights related to HR issues and improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Employee Engagement or HR Generalist, preferably handling outsourcing employees in the IT industry.
- Good understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS Employment & Health, and outsourcing regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels (employees, client managers, and internal team).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple employee projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work mobile and conduct client site visits when needed.
