We are looking for a General Administration Staff to join our team. This position will work closely with the HR Department and focus on supporting various HR and administrative functions specifically for our restaurant business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding
  • Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
  • Assist in payroll-related administration (new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, etc.)
  • Support general administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Help coordinate exit interviews and maintain employee status updates

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, Communication or similar)
  • Experience in recruitment or HR administration is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HR functions: recruitment, payroll, employee records, legal documents, BPJS, training & development, etc.
  • Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong ethical mindset
  • Able to work closely with managerial levels
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are an advantage
