- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or area management (experience in FMCG is preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Capable of analyzing sales data and developing strategies based on the analysis.
