● Ensure the company complies with applicable labor regulations.

● Manage relationships between the company and employees, employee representatives, and external parties related to employment.

● Conduct preparation, implementation, and management after the termination of the employment relationship.

● Develop performance management systems and policies.

● Facilitate and monitor the implementation of performance management (individual work plan preparation, coaching & mentoring, performance appraisal, and providing feedback to employees).

● Formulate compensation and benefits system management policies.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other relevant fields.

● Preferably male.

● Have 3-6 years of fulltime working experiences.

● Have strong analytical and judgement skills with critical thinking.

● Have strong drive & courageHave good communication skill, employee relation, negotiation, and conflict mediation.

● Have good knowledge of labor law, wage systems, and work management system.

● Able to manage projects well and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
