Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in South Jakarta. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting AIRMAN products and services, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include developing leads, conducting customer consultations, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationships, and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Product Presentation and Negotiation
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends and develop effective Sales Strategies
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in the air compressor or machinery industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
