Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining HR records, assisting with HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and providing support for personnel management tasks. The role is located in Gambir, but some work from home is acceptable. The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of HR management.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Knowledge of Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
