Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with customs and import regulations, including document validation and coordination with PPJK.
- Manage freight and logistics operations, including shipment planning and execution from origin warehouses to Indonesia (Air & Sea Freight).
- Oversee and monitor inbound supply chain activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production and distribution schedules.
- Utilize SAP/ERP systems for logistics, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, including forwarders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Tax, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Prepare, review, and control all import-related documents to support smooth clearance and compliance processes.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import regulations, and international trade compliance (have an PPJK certification is a plus).
- Experience managing air and sea freight shipments.
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to placement at Erajaya Plaza Bandengan - Jakarta Barat
