Job Description:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customer
  • Conducting regular visits to outlets to monitor stock, displays, and promotional activities
  • Execute sales strategy and program
  • Ensuring product availability and visibility according to company standards
  • Making periodic sales reports, daily activities, and market analysis
  • Ensuring achievement of sales targets and product distribution
  • Working with distributors and internal teams for smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Appliances or Plastic Houseware industry
  • Strong knowledge of traditional trade dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and implement sales programs.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya, East Java (Head Office Maspion Group)
