What you'll do:
- Managing files or documents related with partnership from end-to-end
- Assisting daily operational tasks for a new or existing project including: executing operational tasks, evaluation and provide recommendations and improvement for the operational tasks
- Assisting daily performance monitoring of the projects and involve in creating plans or solutions to optimize operational flow including creating business/product requirement documents
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are planned, developed and executed well.
- Additional responsibilities within the project team as assigned
What you'll need:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree (Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related field)
- Strong interest in operations, project coordination, and/or partnership-related work
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing documents and structured files
- Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn how to evaluate and improve operational processes
- Able to communicate clearly and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Able to work independently, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
