Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and journal entries.
- Handle banking transactions and payments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filing/reporting.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes for efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Accurate, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of taxation processes (PPN, PPh, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain high confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
