We are seeking an experienced Account Manager focused on expanding sales of commercial lighting across various business sectors and industrial projects. This role requires strong capability in developing business opportunities, managing a disciplined sales pipeline, and executing sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through new client acquisition and management of existing customers within the commercial lighting segment.
  • Identify business opportunities within networks of electrical contractors, electrical consultants, distributors, architects, and project owners.
  • Deliver product value propositions through professional meetings, presentations, and light technical discussions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, up to closing.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth project execution.
  • Prepare structured sales reports and provide insights on market trends and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in the commercial lighting and electrical industry.
  • Strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in technical specifications of commercial lighting products.
  • Established network with electrical contractors or electrical distributors is a significant advantage.
  • Proactive, communicative, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
