About the role
We are seeking a talented Production Engineering Assistant Supervisor (Japanese Speaker) to join our dedicated team at PT Nissin Foods Indonesia. This full-time role is based in North Cikarang, West Java and will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or mechanical or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control principles
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information to various stakeholders
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
