About the customer :

Customer is a Key Player in Indonesia's Facilities and Energy Transition Landscape. They specializes in integrated facilities management (IFM), on-site energy solutions, industrial real estate, and digital twins for decarbonization.

Job Summary:

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the Facilities Management and Camp Services sectors. The role involves managing key client relationships, leading proposal and tender processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with client expectations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Facilities Management,and Integrated Services (soft and hard services).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and industrial clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, partnerships, and emerging business trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and tenders that address client needs and align with company capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to develop tailored technical and commercial solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
  • Work closely with project teams during mobilization and implementation to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for the Business Development Department.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in Facilities Management or Camp Services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering measurable sales growth.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), including both soft services (catering, cleaning, security) and hard services (technical maintenance, utilities, infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with tendering processes, contract negotiations, and proposal development for large corporate clients.
  • Technical understanding of engineering concepts, including the ability to read and interpret MEP and Civil drawings.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing strategies, cost structures, and P&L impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical software such as AutoCAD, project management tools, and data analytics platforms
  • Strong team collaboration skills, working effectively with operations, HSE, engineering, and finance teams.

Compensation :

Budget for this position is between rp to rp net  per month + bonus base on sales performance
