Qualification

  • 1-2 years of experience as an executive secretary/personal assistant/administration or similar role
  • Good interpersonal skills dan attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with tight deadlines
  • Familiar with Zoom tools

Jobdesk

  • Coordinating and managing diaries for internal and external client meetings (virtual or physical), establishing manageable timeframes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and taking minutes and protocols as required.
  • Maintaining the calendar, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, and preparing agendas.
  • Assisting the trainer in managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Performing other secretarial and administration duties
