Job Description:
- Control and improve the production process to achieve the target, including various production support activities to comply with the requirements and increase production efficiency.
- Fully responsible for the daily operations of the EA section as a whole.
- Implement and support various activities within the company to comply with the company's policies.
- Supervise team members to strictly comply with the company's rules.
- Control expenses and necessary resources within the section appropriately and in line with the company's situation.
- Delegate work to team members according to their respective position capacities.
- Contact and coordinate with other related departments and divisions.
- Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety, and Environment Activities.
- Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
- Have 5 years experience works in production/engineering and 3 years at first level management position.
- Have experience working at electronic manufacturing company is a plus.
- Have a strong knowledge about production operation process.
- Have neccesary basic air conditioning knowledge and electronics knowledge.
- Able to read and intepret technical drawing.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Words, and Power Point.
