Job Description:

Control and improve the production process to achieve the target, including various production support activities to comply with the requirements and increase production efficiency.
Fully responsible for the daily operations of the EA section as a whole.
Implement and support various activities within the company to comply with the company's policies.
Supervise team members to strictly comply with the company's rules.
Control expenses and necessary resources within the section appropriately and in line with the company's situation.
Delegate work to team members according to their respective position capacities.
Contact and coordinate with other related departments and divisions.
Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, QC, Safety, and Environment Activities.
Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
Have 5 years experience works in production/engineering and 3 years at first level management position.
Have experience working at electronic manufacturing company is a plus.
Have a strong knowledge about production operation process.
Have neccesary basic air conditioning knowledge and electronics knowledge.
Able to read and intepret technical drawing.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Words, and Power Point.
