Requirements:
- Bachelor's or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)/ Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred.
- Have 10-15 year of experiences in engineering/technical operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Have Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence is a plus
- Proven expertise in driving multi-site operational excellence, KPI/SLA achievement, and compliance.
- Proven record in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) – essential for executive communication
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to lead and manage the Operational Performance Technical Department by developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity across all sites.
- Ensures standardized technical operations, achievement of KPI and quality targets, compliance with group standards, and effective problem resolution.
- Accountable for establishing technical policies and ensuring their effective implementation across all operational areas by driving performance through engineering best practices, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify opportunities and support commercial in cross selling or winning new technical services contracts
- Lead and develop teams to deliver high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operations to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Oversee process improvement & projects ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and standardization
- Ensure policy creation & implementation while driving KPI/SLA achievement and regulatory compliance
- Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and their work area within the organization
- Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn't involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work
