About the RoleAs a Filling Technical Supervisor at our L’Oréal Indonesia Plant, you’ll lead the technical operations for our Skin Care & Hair Care filling lines, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support exciting product launches for iconic brands like Garnier and L’Oréal Paris.
Responsibilities- Production optimization: manage filling equipment to achieve maximum yield while meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Team leadership: supervise and develop a team of technicians through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Maintenance planning: define and implement maintenance plans, ensuring equipment readiness for production and new product launches.
- Continuous improvement: champion methodologies such as TPM and Lean Manufacturing to enhance efficiency and foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaboration: work closely with packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to align on production goals and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- 5+ years of experience in a technical supervisory role within manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
- Expertise in filling equipment, maintenance procedures, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM or Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong team leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
