PT Sandimas Intimitra was founded in 1985 in Jakarta. We produce movable partitions and window blinds (interior, exterior, and skylight) for offices, hotels, banks, universities, schools, and homes. Our professional services include delivery, installation, and after-sales service throughout Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
• Support technical and operational planning for interior installation projects, including scheduling and resource coordination.
• Ensure the accuracy of order specifications, working drawings, and installed items.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress regularly, prepare progress reports, and maintain complete project documentation.
• Ensure work complies with working drawings, technical specifications, and applicable quality standards.
• Assist with logistics arrangements, field team scheduling, and other administrative needs related to the project.
• Support the project evaluation and completion process and ensure smooth handover.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Support, Project Admin, or Project Coordinator positions, preferably with interior vendors, contractors, or interior projects.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and interior work specifications.
• Accustomed to handling multiple projects simultaneously and able to establish good communication with various parties.
• Responsible, meticulous, and highly committed to quality and timely project completion.
• Possess a positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi or Bali and undertake business travel if necessary.
