Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing daily support for the use of ERP AX2012/ Dynamic 365
- Coordinate with users and ERP vendors regarding change requests (CR) and support tickets
- Actively involved in the implementation and migration to Dynamics 365
- Develop internal application required by the company to improve operational efficiency, such as approval system and other related tools
- Maintain and enhance exiting internal application based on user and management requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT Programmer specialist Manufacture
- Minimum D3 Information Systems
- Special skill must having : Skilled In Web/ Android Programming languages, with Solid knowledge, Experience with ERP Platforms, Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, SAP
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical skills to identify problems and provide solutions
- Strong sense of responsibility and communication.
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Possess a strong drive to lead others
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Possess flexible and understandable communication skills
- Honest/high-integrity, thorough, and disciplined
