Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pancoran Mas. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, setting and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in market research and identifying market opportunities
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Pancoran Mas
