Job Description – E-commerce Intern

As an E-commerce Intern, you will support the team in managing day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and performance monitoring across multiple online channels. This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination, and eagerness to learn about end-to-end e-commerce business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily monitoring of return orders, including checking and updating item validation.
  • Assist in preparing materials for New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Support NPI pre-orders and product launch activities.
  • Help escalate issues from the Customer Service Group to the relevant teams.
  • Perform daily stock inventory monitoring to ensure accuracy across platforms.
  • Track and report on competitors' promotions and campaigns.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining online store decoration (visuals, banners, layouts).
  • Record and maintain bank promotion recap for reporting purposes.
  • Check and validate product pricing daily on websites and MAPCLUB.
  • Monitor incoming orders every 3 hours and coordinate with store group for timely follow-ups.
  • Support monitoring of O2O (Online-to-Offline) store packaging processes.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • A fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
