Job Description:
- Coordinate daily ward activities and schedules
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Liaise with patients, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist in the development and implementation of ward policies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduated in Nursing major
- Preferably have certification in ACLS/ BTCLS/ ICU
- Proven at least 2 years of experience as nurse ward coordinator
- Excellent in details, hospitality skills, including the ability to listen and serve people
