Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The role blends technical understanding with customer-facing sales responsibilities. You'll work closely with both our engineering and commercial teams to deliver customized cooling solutions to factories and industrial clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Be an active member of the sales team to help grow the business
- Handle incoming leads and actively seek out new customers
- Meet with customers, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships
- Can communicate with English language
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized cooling solutions
- Conduct regular customer visits and site assessments
- Collaborate with the sales coordinator to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals
- Meet annual sales targets and project milestones
- Deeply understand our products and become a technical champion of our solutions
- Support project execution and customer satisfaction from initial contact to post-installation

Target Profile
- Age 30 and above
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role
- Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors strongly preferred
- Comfortable with regular travel and on-site project involvement
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
