Job Qualification:

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management.
Minimum 3 years in the same field. Experience in building maintenance, HVAC, or facility operations is highly preferred
Familiar with Facility service (building maintenance, plumping, electrical household, office equipments).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Skill is a Plus).

Job Description:

Ensure the availability of office and public Facility in the company, such as: AC, indoor and outdoor lighting, sanitation, carrying repair by order (WO)
Facility team supervising : Leading the Facility team regarding completion of work tasks in term of routine maintenance, and work order completeness
Facility materials procurement : Procurement Facility due to routine maintenance or project (Facility replacement, Facility improvement)
Facility maintenance scheduling : Scheduling for maintenance in Manufacture Office
Technical advice : Do assessment and provide recommendation regarding actual trouble or incident

Fast handling of repairs to company assets that need repair.
Management of company asset security.
Management of leasing and procurement of company assets: renting out company assets in the form of unused buildings and land.
Bidding process and vendor selection for procurement of requested assets from other departments.
