Admin Executive (Office & Reception Support)
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage our reception area and provide essential administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Reception Duties: Greet and welcome guests, handle incoming calls, manage front desk activities, and maintain logs of mail, letters, and invoices.
- Office Coordination: Ensure office cleanliness by coordinating with cleaners, maintain inventory of stationery/pantry items, and reorder supplies as needed.
- Administration Support: Assist with PORF submissions, supplier registration, and general administrative tasks such as filing and document management.
- Maintain soft and hardcopy files of agreements and office records.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in admin executive role.
- Confident person with outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Proficient in MS Office; organized and detail-focused.
