Job Description
- Handle daily communication with customers through chat, ensuring fast and accurate responses.
- Support order management process — from inquiry, purchase, to after-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, and marketing) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain positive customer experience through excellent service and problem-solving skills.
- Support administrative tasks related to online store operations (e.g., order tracking, data updates, reporting).
- Provide feedback and insight to improve service quality and store performance.
