Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations: Recruitment, HR Administration, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations across departments.
- Drive manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies to support large-scale factory operations.
- Handle Industrial Relations, including trade union communication, grievance management, and labor law compliance.
- Monitor and improve key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, retention, and return-to-work rate.
- Ensure CSR compliance and support buyer audit activities together with the Sustainability team.
- Provide HR reports and insights to support management decisions.
- Develop and guide the HR team to ensure effective and consistent HR service delivery.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- 6–8 years HR experience in labor-intensive manufacturing (garment/apparel preferred).
- Proven HR management experience handling large workforces (minimum 3,000–4,000 employees).
- Strong Industrial Relations expertise, including managing trade unions and labor office coordination.
- Familiar with CSR standards and buyer audit processes (experience with Adidas supply chain is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- English proficiency required; Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Stable career history with long-term tenure in previous HR roles (preferably 3+ years in each position)
- Willing to work on-site in Jepara, Central Java.
