TILabs is looking for a Business Advisor (Sales Focus) to continuously find new opportunities, educate prospects, and drive conversions for our digital products.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales, communication, and product understanding in the tech/ERP/SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and develop new leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calls, networking, and business communities.
  • Conduct business research to find potential clients in F&B, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.
  • Maintain a healthy and consistent weekly pipeline of qualified prospects.
Sales Engagement
  • Initiate contact with potential clients (cold call, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn).
  • Educate prospects about TILabs' solutions: HRIS, POS, Manufacturing System, Inventory System.
  • Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions.
  • Clearly communicate product value, pricing models, and benefits.
Product Demo & Proposal
  • Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Prepare customized proposals based on client needs.
  • Follow up consistently until the deal is closed.
Revenue & KPI
  • Directly contribute to revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel (prospecting → meeting → demo → proposal → closing).
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with the Marketing team to execute lead-gen campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Product & Delivery teams for client-specific requirements.
Requirements
Must Have
  • 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles.
  • Understanding of HRIS, POS, ERP, or similar software.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling SaaS, ERP, or tech solutions.
  • Basic understanding of business workflows: HR, payroll, POS, inventory, manufacturing.
  • Experience preparing proposals and conducting demos.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
