About the RoleThe Head of FAT, Procurement, and IT will lead the company's FAT, procurement, and IT functions to ensure strong financial governance, efficient resource management, and alignment with corporate strategy. This is a brand new role responsible for developing financial and procurement strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and safeguarding company data and systems.
ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's vision and business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the integrity and transparency of financial statements and fund management.
- Manage financial and contractual risks related to EPC projects.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, and other statutory requirements.
- Serve as the main liaison with auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Procurement
- Direct and manage procurement of goods and services to support project and operational needs.
- Develop internal procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Oversee supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor purchasing performance and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Information Technology
- Develop short-term and long-term IT strategies to support business and project operations.
- Oversee ERP systems, network infrastructure, and IT maintenance activities.
- Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and information protection across all systems.
- Manage IT budgets and resources to support business growth and digitalization initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison between IT and other business units.
- Willing to relocate to Sidoarjo (East Java)
- Minimum
17 years of experience in FAT and Procurement
, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Proven experience in EPC / Oil / Mining / Energy industry
is an advantage. - Previous experience working in a
public accounting firm is a must - Strong knowledge of ERP systems.

Supply Chain Manager Job DescriptionResponsibilities :
- Direct to supply planning, demand planning, and coordinate with procurement, warehouse, distribution, sales
- Lead the integration between end to end Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations in a consumer company (Food Industry)
- Oversee and manage company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Responsible for controlling the entire activity of distribution, raw material and finished good's warehouse
- Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive products on time
- Monitor forecast to identify changes and the effect on supply chain activities
- Implement and support lean manufacturing principles
- Identify bottleneck within process and implement solutions in a timely manner
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable university
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (warehouse management within Food Manufacturing and end-to-end Supply Chain Operations)
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Familiarity with ERP Software
- Have in depth knowledge and competencies of supply chain management, inventory control, warehouse management (WMS & GWP) and logistics management
- Have good knowledge and experience about continuous improvement, quality management systems, six sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, Food Safety, HACCP
- Experience in planning and forecasting of a supply chain over multiple time horizons
- Proficiency with Excel, Access or other database software, statistical modelling software
- Strong management and leadership skills, Strong project management and collaboration skills, Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability and continuing desire to work underpressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
- Dynamic and Highly motivated with strong problem solving skill
