Overview:
The Project Officer will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, donor requirements, and local government (DHO) guidelines. This role involves managing project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while also supervising project staff and coordinating with stakeholders at community, district, and provincial levels
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Education, Social Sciences, or other related fields
At least 2–3 years of experience in training, capacity building, or project implementation (experience in the health sector is highly preferred)
Knowledge of health systems, maternal and child health, or community health programs is an advantage
Strong skills in designing, planning, and implementing training programs
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders, government, and partners
Proficient in basic scripting using various tools, including SAS, SPSS, R, Python, or other platforms.
English Professional level is a must.
Domiciled in or willing to relocate to Garut, West Java
