Role Overview
As a
Sales Manager at Grivy
, you will play a key role in driving growth by expanding our client base, deepening partnerships, and ensuring that our solutions deliver tangible business outcomes. You will work with top consumer goods brands, retailers, and financial institutions to help them activate data-driven commerce strategies powered by Grivy's AI-first platform.
You are not just selling software — you are helping shape a movement. You'll guide clients through the transition from siloed digital marketing to an integrated intelligence-driven ecosystem that unites marketing, sales, and retail performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle
— from prospecting and pitching to closing deals across Grivy's solutions (Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Banking). - Position Grivy as a strategic growth partner
to brands, not just a vendor — by showcasing the measurable ROI and category leadership potential of Commerce SuperIntelligence. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
for assigned verticals, leveraging data insights and market trends to drive adoption. - Collaborate cross-functionally
with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure client success and continuous solution evolution. - Build long-term relationships
with clients, helping them grow with Grivy's always-on, intelligence-driven commerce framework. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets
, pipeline goals, and client satisfaction metrics. - Contribute to category creation
, working alongside leadership to evangelize the concept of Commerce SuperIntelligence across the industry.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or RetailTech sales — ideally with exposure to FMCG or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, retail activation, or commerce intelligence solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills — with the ability to simplify complex concepts into powerful narratives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build, learn, and iterate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working with C-level executives, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
