Job Descriptions:

Analysis and solution definition:

  • Understands and analyze business issue and data challenges of aligning with user requirement
  • Reviews and analyze requirements, specifications, business process along with recommendations related to proposed solution
  • Develops technical designs

System Development Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate and monitor progress of the HR system development application project
  • Arrange project timeline for the overall HR application system development

Application Development:

  • Create and manage technical documentation for modules implemented
  • Provide application support to stakeholders
  • Provide technical knowledge direction and evaluate to recommend further enhancement in the application development
  • Identify opportunities to improve business process efficiency
  • Provide alternative solution and modification needed to fulfill the user's requirement
  • Advice trouble shooting input occurred in the system development application
  • Analyze and verify data reliability to support the system development application
  • Confirm the overall content to user before the application system development completion
  • Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation
  • Coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of the overall application development
  • Provide technical advice and solution to enhance application development performance/business process needed
  • Provide HCIS user's guide application for related user
  • Building ad hoc report as needed

Arrange application design:

  • Table, Store Procedure and View Procedure
  • User Interface and Scenario
  • Mapping Module – Table – Store Procedure –View Procedure

Supporting Management Activities:

  • Submit input on related system development to support further enhancement
  • Arrange evaluation report to conducted projects
  • Carry out any additional task as require from direct supervisor
  • Perform activities related to quality management system
  • Building ad hoc report as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in related area
  • Special Skill: ERP HR, Proficiency with .net, SQL Query
  • Have a strong logical thinking
  • Willing to be placed in Medan
