Job Responsibilities
Platform Tech Support responsible for ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of internal platforms and systems. This role involves direct collaboration with users, cross‑functional teams, and external vendors to resolve technical issues, develop support tools, and contribute to platform stability and performance.
Job Requirements- Proven work experience as a Platform Engineer, IT Tech Support, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Good understanding and ability to implement logic programming
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step‑by‑step technical help, both written and verbal
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Work experience in the FnB industry is a plus
- Technical proficiency in Windows / Unix operating system
- Proficiency in logic programming & business process flow
- API & platform technology with troubleshoot knowledge
- Query knowledge in PostgreSQL or other database engine
- Cloud service technology (troubleshoot knowledge is a plus)
