As a global customer care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationship.

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA) through various channels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Carry out a good problem solving
  • Delivering good answer by considering customer experience to provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum diploma's degree (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
  • Proficient understanding of customer support, good problem solving, and customer orientation
  • Good time management
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point.
