The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Market the company's services and drive deals to closing
  • Identify new markets and industry trends to discover potential business opportunities
  • Develop effective business strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Prepare and present business development plans
  • Set and evaluate sales targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development, especially in export-import, logistics, transportation, project industry, heavy equipment, and mining
  • Strong communication skills (proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Solid knowledge of Export-Import, Logistics, Bonded Zone, and Customs
  • Established network and strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Proven experience in negotiation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI Technology
