Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken), capable of translating training materials and performing live interpretation
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Candidates with experience in training, education, or administration are preferred
- Ability to use tools such as Canva to create training materials
- Basic knowledge of human resource management
- Assist in preparing bilingual (Chinese–Indonesian) training materials and courseware
- Organize and follow up on training arrangements, including providing on-site translation when needed
- Record training feedback, organize training data, and submit related reports
- Maintain employee training records and track learning progress
- Assist in conducting new employee onboarding training (with Chinese–Indonesian bilingual support)
