Job Description

1.Target Management

Break down category-level goals and track achievement on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

2.Product Management

Oversee the full product lifecycle, including planning and management during introduction, growth, maturity, and phase-out stages.

3.Sales Management

Continuously empower sales for the international Mi Home category. Adapt strategies in response to market dynamics and company policy changes to ensure annual sales targets are met.

4.Market Insights

Conduct industry and competitor analysis. Develop retail strategies, monitor product performance throughout its lifecycle, and summarize patterns and strategic approaches.

Job Requirements

1.Strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, and solid project management capabilities.

2.Over 5 years of experience in GTM (Go-to-Market), retail, or sales is preferred.

3.Experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
