Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate DLP activities for MEP systems, ensuring timely resolution of defects and outstanding works.
  • Maintain and update defect tracking logs, follow up with contractors and vendors for rectification.
  • Conduct site inspections and verification of defect closure.
  • Liaise with operations and end-users to validate defect reports and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare DLP status reports and escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager.
  • Support the Project Manager in monitoring project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on MEP design and execution.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and quality control documentation.
  • Represent ST Telemedia GDC in the utmost professional manner while constantly embracing honesty, integrity and transparency.
  • Maintain project documentation.
  • Any other matters that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors level.
  • Project Management qualification or similar equivalent training in the Engineering and Construction industry.
  • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience for Data Centre or other related Mission Critical (24x7) environment projects.
  • Project Management Experience with a minimum project value of $100m (both Green and Brown field projects).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the data Centre infrastructure design, construction and fit out processes including mechanical, electrical, builder works & security systems.
  • Experienced in full-lifecycle Project Management from design and feasibility through to close-out and DLP. Demonstrated career progression in Engineering and Construction.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage an international team of multi-disciplined resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Strong communication skills essential.
  • Willing to travel
