About the role
We are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Silver Box, a leading gift & packaging design based in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and packaging product experiences for our diverse range of clients across various industries.
What you'll be doing
- Conceptualise and design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for a variety of print and digital media, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, and social media content
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to understand their needs and translate them into impactful product.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continually enhance your skills and the quality of your work
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the creative process
- Provide design support and guidance to junior team members as needed
- Ensure all design projects are completed on time and to the highest standard
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, ideally in an agency or studio environment
- Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with other design tools
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, print, and digital projects
- Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition, with the ability to create visually compelling designs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a desire to continually expand your creative skills
