Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product distribution and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor distribution performance and sales achievement for each product across all regions.
- Ensure each area implements product strategies in line with national or regional plans.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Demand Planning teams to maintain product availability at depots and distributors.
- Collaborate with the Customer Marketing and Principal teams to develop strategies, promotions, and product growth programs.
- Analyze market data, competitors, and consumer trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare business performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or Business (preferably from a reputable university).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Manager or Area Sales Manager in FMCG, distribution, or consumer goods industries.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing).
- Solid understanding of distribution, forecasting, and sales operations.
