Responsibilities

  • Visit Professional Architects, Engineers and Contractors to market and disseminate technical information on our range of products.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements and skills

  • Willingness to learn and has a keen interest in the Construction Industry
  • Outgoing and extroverted
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Able to develop selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Ability to develop relationship management skills
  • Is open to feedback
  • Having a driving license would be beneficial
