Requirement
- Bachelor's degree with experience in this type of job role – insert as applicable min years
- Experience in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
- Candidate must possess at least associate degree
- Certified Gada Utama
- Active English, spoken & written
- Passionate and professional attitude is a must
- Genuine desire to provide security services with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability in security management and control
- Thorough understanding of security management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the organization meets all required security and associated health and safety objectives
- To manage and direct the overall performance of the security team and its individual members
- Effective liaison, support and assistance between security department and remainder of organization
- Developing plans for security activities
- Support to all other departments with security and related issues
