Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in one of the following majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, English or Japanese Literature, Communication Science, or International Relations
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Agent or Customer Care in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry
- Strong understanding of ISP services, including internet installation and wired network systems
- Fluent in English (mandatory), with active and effective communication skills
- Willing to work in a 5-2 shifting (5 working days, 2 days off)
- Placement in Gunung Putri, Bogor – West Java
