Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, involves assisting students and clients with their visa application processes. The Student Visa Processing Officer will support documentation reviews, advise on immigration requirements, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and procedures. Collaboration with educational institutions and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in visa processing and knowledge of immigration issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction
- Experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ethical practices
- Familiarity with educational or international student processes is a plus
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
