Job Summary:
The
Learning & Culture Manager
plays a strategic role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and values-driven behavior across the organization. This position is responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, embedding company values into daily practices, and cultivating an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that supports long-term business growth.
Job Descriptions:
- Identify learning priorities based on organizational goals, performance gaps, and future capability needs.
- Design and deliver learning strategies, programs, and experiences that enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Embed core company values into learning content and everyday practices to strengthen cultural consistency.
- Facilitate internal workshops, learning sessions, and cultural activations that drive mindset and behavior shifts.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to embed a learning culture and promote knowledge sharing across functions.
- Support the onboarding journey by delivering engaging cultural orientation sessions that connect new hires to company values and ways of working.
- Conduct impact assessments of learning and culture initiatives, and implement continuous improvements based on feedback and business needs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and follow-up action plans to foster connection, trust, and belonging.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and internal coach to promote culture alignment during change and transformation efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in employee development, learning strategy execution, and training program implementation.
- Proven expertise in learning design, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Experience driving cultural initiatives and embedding values into organizational behavior.
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills to connect people with purpose and vision.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management and execution capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
