Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in handling wafer/biscuit/cookies products.
  • Have a good knowledge about production processes and machinery.
  • Have a good understanding of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), GMP, ISO, and HACCP.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Nabati Plant: Majalengka, West Java

Job Description:

  • Setting and controlling production targets by effectively managing workflow and scheduling.
  • Optimizing resource utilization through cost control of materials, direct labor, energy, and machine capacity while ensuring compliance with 5R, GMP, Safety, and Halal Standards.
  • Leading and developing production teams using MPP mapping, skill matrix analysis, and data-driven reporting for operational efficiency.
