- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new corporate and trust partnerships, including writing compelling funding proposals and providing excellent relationship management and stewardship.
- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with target acquire merchant or partner
- Develop the operational plan for partnerships in line with the business plan of the Company's Development.
- Identify sources of data, ensure data accuracy and conduct client analysis in-order-to create insights partner's impact to company.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Solution Architect, and Marketing to develop partnership strategies.
- Contribute to internal and external reporting on partnerships and program outcome.
- Support in developing approaches and tools.
- Initiate and maintain communication with prospective partners through email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Monitor partnership and merchant acquisition success, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to acquire and onboard new partnership merchants, ensuring seamless integration into the ecosystem.
- Identify new partnership and merchant acquisition opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Business Administration/Management/Tech
- Have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field
- Relationship building, negotiation skill
- Set matrics, monitor & evaluate partnership effectiveness
- Solid analytical and problem solving skill
- High independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment and function.
- Able to create presentation deck in order to attract client/ targeted client
- Able to create Standard of Procedure
- Written Communications (English and Indonesia)
