- Champion an AI-first culture by coaching teams to think, design, and operate with AI as part of daily workflows.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in business process improvement, transformation consulting, operations, or strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience in business process modelling considered a strong plus.
- Self‑driven curiosity and hands‑on exposure to GenAI/automation/data tools, complemented by a solid application logic.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver tangible impact.
- Curious, hands-on, and pragmatic with ability to move between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution.
